The phone rings
Kostas is under a sink in Pangrati. He has the wrench in one hand and the torch in his mouth, so he lets it ring. After a few rings the call goes to the assistant.
Nobody picks up. The number forwards the calls that go unanswered.
FOR TRADESPEOPLE AND SMALL BUSINESSES
While you're on a job, the assistant takes the request and brings it to you in writing.
Set up in Greek, from Athens. The assistant always tells your customer it's an AI.
WHERE TO START
Find your line of work. Next to it is the tool for whatever takes up most of your day.

FOUR TOOLS
Each tool is set up on its own. Start with one and add another if you need it.
A customer who finds you on their phone sees where you work and can call you with one tap.
The call you couldn't take becomes a request with an area, and it reaches the right technician with a time slot to approve.
Kostas is a plumber at Techniki Frontida, a small outfit with two technicians. Customers call his mobile, usually at a moment when he can't pick up.
Tuesday morning, hands on the drain trap
Kostas is under a sink in Pangrati. He has the wrench in one hand and the torch in his mouth, so he lets it ring. After a few rings the call goes to the assistant.
Nobody picks up. The number forwards the calls that go unanswered.
They hear a short recorded message saying Kostas is on a job, and straight after that the assistant texts them.
It asks only what Kostas needs to decide.
One card shows him what happened, where, and which slot is free. The booking goes ahead only when he confirms it, and then the customer gets a confirmation text.

Ask us about requestsp. 1
You're talking to an AI assistant. It answers from material the business has approved.
The assistant on your website answers only from the price list and details you've approved, and shows where each answer came from.
Type a question and see the clause that answers it, with its file and page, so you can check it before you use it.
For law and accounting officesHOW WE START
One phone call: which calls you miss, and what customers keep asking.
Price list, hours, areas and the questions you hear every day. You approve every line before the assistant uses it.
We send you a test number. Write whatever your most difficult customer would write, and tell us what to change.
You turn on forwarding for the calls you don't pick up, and the number your customers know stays the same. We record the short message they hear together.
We go over what customers asked and what the assistant didn't know, and you add whatever is missing.
Put in the numbers from an ordinary week. The sum runs here on the page and isn't sent anywhere.
Open your call log and count the missed calls from the last 7 days. Leave out the ones you know weren't customers.
What you usually charge for a visit, labour included.
If you don't know, leave it empty.
THE MATH · MISSED CALLS
Work you may be losing each month
Fill in the first fields and the sum appears here.
If the amount comes out smaller than what the tool costs, you probably don't need it yet.
4.33 is the number of weeks in an average month (52 weeks divided by 12).
The numbers are yours. They stay on this page and we don't store them unless you send them to us.
HOW IT FITS TOGETHER
We put the price list and the answers together once. The assistant uses them on your website and in text messages, and anything it can't close it sends to you.
WHERE THE CUSTOMER COMES FROM
AI digital assistant
Reads only your material: price list, hours, areas, common questions.
WHERE IT ENDS UP
For the office: search across your own documents, with a source on every answer. It runs separately from the rest, with its own access rights.
WHAT THE ASSISTANT SAYS
This is what your customer hears and reads when you don't pick up. We adjust the name and the wording with you, and the sentence saying it's an AI stays in every version.
«You've reached Techniki Frontida. Kostas is on a job and can't pick up. In a few seconds you'll get a text from our digital assistant, which runs on AI.Write to it what you need and Kostas will see it in writing.»
Hi, I'm the digital assistant for Techniki Frontida and I run on AI.Kostas is on a job. Tell me what you need and which area you're in, so we can suggest a time. To talk to a person, reply "person".
10:41 · first textIt says it's an AI in the recorded message and again in the first text. The EU AI Act (Article 50) requires this from 2 August 2026.
The customer can ask for a person at any point. The request reaches you marked for a call back.
The message the customer hears is recorded in advance. We don't record their call, and the assistant carries on by text only. If they call from a withheld number, they hear a version that tells them which number to text.
You are the controller of your customers' data and we process it on your behalf. Before we start we sign a data processing agreement (GDPR Article 28) and tell you in writing how long we keep the messages (90 days, unless we agree otherwise) and which providers process them (EU hosting, OpenAI for the model, and the SMS provider).
The website, the requests and the calendar are hosted in the EU, on infrastructure we run. The replies are written by OpenAI's GPT-5.6 through OpenAI's European infrastructure, so that data stays in Europe too.

Each tool starts with a pilot month that includes the setup: €190 for requests or for the website assistant, €490 for document search. After that a month costs €69 for requests, €59 for the website assistant and €190 for document search. A new website is a one-off €590, and a repair starts at €190. Prices exclude VAT.
No. You turn on forwarding for the calls you don't pick up, in your phone settings or with your carrier's code. When you do get to the phone, you answer and talk as usual. If your plan charges for forwarding, we check that together before it goes live.
We set it up to answer only from material you've approved and to show where each answer came from. When a question isn't covered, it tells the customer so and sends you the request with their number. For the first few weeks we go through its answers together.
The website, the requests and the calendar are hosted in the EU. The replies are written by OpenAI's GPT-5.6 through OpenAI's European infrastructure, so the messages stay in Europe too. Before we start, we give you a list of every provider and sign a data processing agreement. For law and accounting offices we can also discuss running it on your own machine.
Yes. Billing is monthly with no commitment, and you stop with an email before the month ends. Whatever we built together, the price list and the answers, we hand over to you as a file.
Requests and answers go live 5 working days after we have your price list and questions. A website takes 10 working days from the day we have your texts and photos. For requests, answers and document search we're taking on our first pilot clients now.
Not in the first version. The customer hears a short recorded message and carries on by text, so every request reaches you in writing. We're also preparing an assistant that answers by voice in Greek. If you're interested, say so in the form.
Yes. The recorded message says so, and so does the first text, as the EU AI Act requires. You can see the exact wording above.
As of 23 September 2026 we found no open programme that covers tools like these. New programmes for AI in small businesses have been announced, with no terms published yet. If you like, we'll let you know when they open.
Not yet. Health data needs its own study before we set anything up.
Send us your website address, or write a couple of lines on how requests reach you today.
